Terms of Service for “You’re On Fire, It’s Fine: A Course for Caregivers”
By purchasing “You’re On Fire, It’s Fine: A Course for Caregivers” (the “Course”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or access the Course.
The Course is a one-time purchase priced at $29. Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
All sales are final.
There are no subscriptions, no free trials, and no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to failure to use the Course, dissatisfaction with the content, or accidental purchase.
The Course is designed to provide education, support, and skill-based guidance for caregivers. It is intended for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for mental health treatment, medical care, or professional therapy. Purchase or use of the Course does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Katie K. May, Creative Healing, or any affiliated professionals.
Professional Use Prohibited:
You may not use the Course or its materials in a professional, clinical, educational, or commercial setting without prior written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, teaching, training, counseling, consulting, supervision, or distributing content to clients, students, or groups.
Intellectual Property:
You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, upload, or transmit Course materials in whole or in part. This includes sharing content with non-purchasers, posting on social media, or uploading to file-sharing platforms.
No Derivative Works:
You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Course materials without prior written consent.
All Course content—including text, graphics, videos, worksheets, logos, and audio—is the intellectual property of “You’re On Fire, It’s Fine” and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Access to the Course is provided digitally. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Access to the Course may be terminated without refund if you violate these Terms, including misuse or unauthorized distribution of content.
The Course is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or specific improvements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, “You’re On Fire, It’s Fine” shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Course.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued access to or use of the Course constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction within Pennsylvania.
